- Always try to provide your forecast as much in advance as possible prior to your order in order to reduce the risk of out of stock and potentially delays in delivery
- Forecast is your estimated projection of glassware (in single pieces) demand in the future
- Fill in the cell with your glassware projections under each month, in single pieces following the pallet configuration of the glass you need ex. if you need one pallet of Stella Artois Chalice Glass 33Cl - Full Pallet (1008 pcs) in August - just put 1008 under August
- Forecast for the month you are going to place an order through the eStore, not the month of delivery in your Market. ex. If you need glassware to be delivered in your Market in August you should place your order on the eStore latest by early June - This will give the minimum of 2 months time for your order to be prepared and shipped/collected from our warehouse in the Netherlands (DE KLOK)
- Please note that from January 2023 if you have not provided a forecast at least 2 months prior to your order, the order will not proceed until a forecast is placed for the remainder of the year.
- Marke Creative Merchandise (a Staples Inc. company) will endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as possible, however, priority will be given to customers that have provided forecasts!
